Megan Hanley is a Group Facilitator at Advanced Health and Education and a Master’s-level clinician in training. She is currently pursuing her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and brings strong academic performance and hands-on internship experience in behavioral health settings. Megan is passionate about supporting individuals through structured group work and skill development in recovery.

Megan Hanley serves as a Group Facilitator at Advanced Health and Education while completing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at New Jersey City University, where she maintains a 4.0 GPA and is a member of the Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Honor Society. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from New Jersey City University.

As a master’s-level clinician in training, Megan has gained clinical experience through counseling internships at GenPsych PC and New Pathway Counseling, where she worked with individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. These experiences have strengthened her skills in client engagement, therapeutic communication, and structured intervention planning.

At Advanced Health and Education, Megan facilitates therapeutic groups designed to promote accountability, emotional regulation, and recovery-focused skill building. She is committed to creating a supportive and collaborative group environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healing process.

Megan is passionate about continued professional growth and is dedicated to developing evidence-based counseling skills that support individuals struggling with mental health and substance use concerns.
