Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get enrolled/admitted?
Contact our admissions office by submitting the form, calling, or emailing to start the process. Our admissions team will verify your insurance coverage and complete an assessment for review by our clinical and medical team. Once you're approved for the appropriate level of care, we'll schedule an intake that fits your schedule. Same-day admissions may be available!
How do I know which level of care is right for me?
The right level of care depends on symptom severity, safety considerations, prior treatment history, and current support needs. Our team can help you understand options and recommend an appropriate next step after a clinical conversation.
Do you offer treatment for both mental health and substance use?
Yes. We offer primary mental health treatment for individuals without substance use disorders, as well as dual diagnosis treatment for individuals who experience both substance use disorder and a clinically significant mental health condition.
Do you accept insurance?
Insurance coverage varies by plan and level of care. Our admissions team can help verify benefits and explain coverage options.
Do I have to live on-site to participate in treatment?
No. Many clients commute locally to PHP or IOP. Supervised housing options may be available for those who benefit from additional structure.
What if I need a higher level of care?
If residential or higher-acuity stabilization is clinically required, we help coordinate appropriate care through trusted partner programs. Dual diagnosis detox and stabilization may be provided through our sister facility, Endeavor House North.
