Kelsey Blakeslee, LCSW, LCADC, is the Clinical Director at Advanced Health and Education, where she provides clinical oversight and leadership for complex mental health and substance use treatment programs. Dually licensed in social work and addiction counseling, she integrates CBT-based, skills-focused, and strengths-based approaches to promote high-quality, ethical care. Kelsey is committed to fostering a collaborative treatment culture centered on clinical excellence and client success.

Kelsey Blakeslee, LCSW, LCADC, serves as the Clinical Director at Advanced Health and Education, where she leads with clinical integrity, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health and substance use needs.

Kelsey earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Marywood University in 2021 and is dually licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She began her clinical career working within the county jail system, supporting vulnerable women navigating high-acuity mental health concerns, trauma exposure, and systemic barriers to care. This foundational experience continues to inform her trauma-informed and ethically grounded leadership approach.

Throughout her career, Kelsey has held both clinical and executive leadership roles. She previously served as Lead Therapist and later Clinical Director at Seacrest Recovery Centers, where she oversaw clinical programming, supervised multidisciplinary teams, and supported the delivery of structured, evidence-based treatment. She has also provided clinical services with Hackensack Meridian Health and Shore Integrated Counseling, further expanding her experience across diverse treatment settings and client populations.

As Clinical Director at Advanced Health and Education, Kelsey provides clinical oversight, supervision, and program development to ensure consistent, effective, and evidence-based care across all levels of treatment. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), skills-focused interventions, Motivational Interviewing, and a strengths-based perspective to support both staff and clients. Her leadership style emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and professional growth, fostering a treatment culture rooted in clinical excellence, team cohesion, and measurable client outcomes.

Kelsey is deeply committed to cultivating an environment where clinicians feel supported and empowered, recognizing that strong teams are essential to sustainable recovery outcomes for clients.

Outside of her professional role, Kelsey values balance and intentional self-care. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, quiet moments to recharge, and life with her Rottweiler, Moose — who keeps her both grounded and entertained.
