Andrew Joworski , LPC, LCADC

Andrew Joworski, LPC, LCADC, serves as a Primary Therapist at Advanced Health and Education, where he provides comprehensive behavioral health treatment to adults experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. With more than two decades of experience in clinical care and program leadership, Andrew brings a depth of knowledge in person-centered/values driven individual therapy, and recovery-oriented treatment that strengthens internal motivation for positive recovery changes.

Andrew earned his Master’s Degree in Psychological Counseling from Monmouth University and later completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Professional Counseling. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science (double major) from Monmouth University’s Honors’ Program. His advanced clinical education supports his dual licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC).

Throughout his career, Andrew has held a variety of clinical and leadership roles within behavioral health programs. He has served as an Assistant Director in partial care programming, a Program Manager in day treatment services, and a Vocational Specialist and Case Coordinator supporting individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness. His work has included crisis stabilization, program oversight, client assessment, recovery planning, and staff leadership, in various helping positions.

Andrew’s clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Person-Centered techniques, extensive group therapy facilitation, and strong crisis management skills. He is particularly experienced in working with individuals navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, helping clients build practical coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and long-term recovery foundations.
